121 E Lake - Sigma Phi Epsilon

121 East Lake Street has been SigEp's home at Colorado State since August 15th, 1935. The three story colonial brick design is unique for Northern Colorado and a well-known landmark.  Living at 121 E Lake has been an important part of the SigEp experience for more than 80 years years.

Basketball Court Sound Body Improvement (2011)

In 2011, the CSU SigEp chapter undertook a Sound Body property improvement to replace the aged basketball hoop and small concrete pad with a full size flex-court and two pro-grade hoops.  Undergraduates and alumni are excited about this significant improvement to the property we've called home since 1935 as it represents one of the key cardinal principles of SigEp- the athlete striving for the Greek ideal of Sound Body.  Click on the the slideshow arrow to view all of the photos of this improvement.
